Specification information: The fightlite industries scr pistol lower receiver is unlike any other ar-15 lower receiver you've ever seen. Rather than using a standard buffer-tube design and incorporating many of the standard elements found in a traditional ar, fightlite industries went a different direction. The fightlite industries scr pistol lower receiver is constructed with an exclusive, patented short bolt-carrier group design that works in conjunction with a birdshead-style pistol grip that provides owners with a more traditional stock-wrist style hold on the gun rather than the commonly seen pistol grip. Along with the proprietary lower receiver, the kit includes a specialized bolt carrier, allowing you to install your favorite ar-15 bolt & bolt carrier components. The scr accepts standard ar-15 upper receiver parts (except for the bolt carrier). Simply mate the scr lower to your favorite upper receiver, then only extra items needed to complete a rifle are a new bolt & bolt carrier components (cam pin, firing pin & firing pin retaining pin) and a charging handle.
